Tuesday Special: Angela Adams with Crimson Romance

Next month, Crimson Romance will celebrate its third anniversary. I’ve been delighted to watch the imprint grow from “Crimson who?” to “Oh, yeah, Crimson! I just read (fill in the blank with any of their amazing romance novels and authors).”

A part of F&W Media, I knew the company best for publishing Writer’s Digest Magazine at the time I saw the “call for submissions” back in 2012. Crimson features all subgenres – contemporary, historical, suspense, paranormal, and spicy, and its titles have won numerous awards including 2012 Swirl Award (best multicultural/interracial romance publisher) and 2014 Benjamin Franklin Silver Award for eBook Excellence.

I was thrilled to have Crimson publish my first novel, Magic Moment, and proud to have my novel bundled with nine other awesome suspense authors in the 2014 bundle, Running to Love. Proberta Gerber, when posting a FIVE STAR review for Running to Love, said it best – “Crimson is a relatively new ‘imprint,’ but one to watch. They may not always have the polish or uniformity of traditional big house products, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. I like that they can play around with stories that might not have fit the mold of a bigger, more traditional print publisher, yet they've kept their quality up. Good going.”
